On August 26, Héma-Québec technician Simon Poulin Ran to give life at the Marathon des Deux-Rives in Québec.

Death of Monique Lefebvre
Death of Monique Lefebvre Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Foundation, 2005-2011
It was with great sadness that we recently learned of the passing of Monique Lefebvre. She led our Board of Directors for six years (from 2005 until 2011), and for that time and more she embodied the spirit of generosity. She selflessly shared her knowledge and expertise, and sought out donations from important partners, allowing Héma-Québec to do more, do it better and do it faster. We will always remember her, and be thankful to her.
We extend our sincere condolences to those close to her, and to all who had the privilege to work alongside her during her successful career.
